Today's Word

Word of the Day: All that you Need will be Provided

God knows what you need, trust. Jesus taught us not to worry about tomorrow. God knows what we need and will supply all our needs.

But this promise comes with a condition: to put the Kingdom of God first in your life. You have to surrender wholeheartedly.

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Matthew 6:33

Matthew 6:33 emphasizes the importance of seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, assuring that all other needs will be met. This instruction resonates as an invitation to place our trust in divine providence by making the Kingdom of God our primary pursuit.

By trusting in His guidance and seeking God's righteousness, you'll unlock the doors to the generous provision He promised to those who earnestly seek Him. So, dive into faith, confident that God is faithful to His word and will fulfill His promises in your life.

Are you ready to throw yourself into Jesus' arms without looking back? Do it and then pray and ask. The God who knows you better than anyone else will bless you with everything you need.

Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him. And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us.

- 1 John 3:21-23

Word of the Day: Feel God's love in your life

In the words of The Beatles; 'All You Need Is Love'. It's true! Love gives us security, joy, and confidence, all because we know someone loves us and cares about us. And where can we find true and deep love? In Jesus!

Many get hurt seeking love and acceptance at any cost. It's unfortunate but, in this frantic search, we all too often encounter lies, betrayal, disdain, and abandonment... However, when we seek in Jesus Christ, we are embraced by unconditional and incomparable love.

9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. 10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
1 John 4:9-10

God is generous with his love; he doesn't demand anything in return. On the contrary, He has already given everything in advance! That's why don't just say God has love, we say he is love! He is the real love you seek. Moreover, at the foot of the cross, you will find more than love, you will also find meaning, acceptance, worth, understanding, and purpose.

When all other sources of love fail, Jesus' love is always present. He gave His life for you and will never abandon you! Jesus loves you; so make space in your heart for His love right now...

Put your faith in Jesus, and His love will always be with you!

Word of the Day: God turns the storm into a gentle breeze

Have you ever found yourself on a boat in the middle of a storm? It's a terrible feeling of helplessness. You don't know what to do and you can't find a place to escape. Wherever you go, the boat moves and it's hard to stand. All that's left is to wait for the calm to come.

28 Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble,
and he brought them out of their distress.
29 He stilled the storm to a whisper;
the waves of the sea were hushed.
Psalm 107:28-29

Throughout our lives, we go through many storms. Some are small, like missing someone you love who has moved to another city. Others are big storms that trigger fear and a great sense of helplessness. Cry out to the Lord in these moments! He hasn't forgotten about you. Trust, and persevere in Him, and you will see how He comes to your aid, turning the storm into a gentle breeze.

We should remember that Jesus encountered a very real storm in The New Testament:

38 Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”

39 He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.

40 He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”

Mark 4:38-40

This story of Jesus calming the storm is a reminder that when we face trials and challenges we should place our trust in Jesus and persevere in our faith. When we do this we will find sufficient peace and strength to overcome even the tallest obstacles. Just as Jesus calmed the storm for his disciples, he will come to our aid, bringing calmness and reassurance to our lives when we trust in him with all our hearts.
